FRED will strive to maintain its highest standards of education and research by having the association of the most respected and eminent academicians and research experts, drawn from different continents, in its Advisory Council.
Dr R. Mohankrishnan, who has specialized in OD intervention techniques and practice and has also worked in different industries, will be the Member Secretary of the FRED Advisory Council.
1. Prof. John D Adams
Ph.D (USA) Professor, speaker, author, consultant and seminar leader-has been at the forefront of the Organization Development and Transformation profession since 1969. His early articulation of issues facing organizations has provided a guiding light for the evolution of organization and change management consulting. John has served as the Co-Chair of the Executive faculty and the co-chair of the Organizational Systems Ph.D Program at the Saybrook Graduate School (San Francisco), and is a guest faculty member at the Bainbridge Island Graduate Institute in the MBA in the Sustainability program. He has written many books and articles in reputed journals.
 
2. Member - Mr. Padmanabhan
V S Padmanabhan, with over five decades of hands-on top management experience is a graduate of Calcutta University with Industrial Organization and Economic History as majors. His career includes diverse disciplines like marketing, rural marketing, business and organization building/development, corporate communications, corporate identity, public relations, advertising and sales promotion, airline, tourism, education and more. Inducted to the PRCI Hall of Fame he is also the recipient of the PATA Award for promoting tourism in USA for India, IAA's India chapter President/World Committee Director and also leader of India delegation to the World Advertising congress to Tokyo and Sydney, a founder of Advertising Standards Council of India.
 
3. Member - Prof. JM Subramanya
He has wide-ranging experience in both the corporate sector as well as in academics. After graduating from IIM-A, he worked in various leading companies for thirty-one years. Simultaneously he also taught management in business schools. His specialisation is in the area of Operations Management and General Management. Before joining SDM-IMD he was Vice President - Operations with Sanmar Engineering Corporation, Chennai.
 
4. Member - Dr. R.Mohanakrishnan
Mohanakrishnan Raman has Ph.D in Industrial Psychology. He has 18 years of wide ranging experience in research, teaching, consulting, institution building projects and enjoys deep corporate exposure. He had worked in Telecom,IT and banking sectors. His corporate consulting areas are OD Coaching and strategic HRD.
Training and Development being his forte, he has enormous interest in OD, and behavioural science- based training and interventions. He had done Competency Mapping through Development Center for more than 1500 managers in a large private bank, as a part of major change management project in India. His OD consulting assignments include organizations in Construction, FMCG, Education and IT sectors. He is a regular speaker and research paper presenter in various national and international fora like IFTDO, ARTDO, AODN and IODA.
He has done more than 200 training programs for various clients and as well open programs in the areas like Talent Management, Performance Management Systems and Personal Transformation to say a few. He had organized Global Organization Development Summit (GODS) in the year 2006, which paved the way for forming Asia OD Network and became a Founder President of Asia OD Network (AODN). He had spearheaded and offered his leadership to the GODS in China in 2007 and 2008 in Thailand. He brought back the GODS to India in a big scale and was the conference chair. GODS 2009 under his leadership was organized at Indian School of Business (ISB) in collaboration with Infosys at Hyderabad and International Organization Development Association (IODA).
He served as an Executive Board Member of IODA from 2007 to 2009 for three years and he is elected again to serve and help the conference organizing teams in IODA. He is currently an advisor and Director to Foundation for Research, Education and Development (FRED) in setting up large educational institution. He has spearheaded the collaborations with Witten University, Institute of Family Business, Germany and with the Fielding Institute, USA for Certification program in Appreciative Coaching and leading both the initiatives in India.
He serves in Governing Councils of some of the well known institutions.
