Cancellation And Refund Policy:
The conference administrative team hopes everyone who register for the conference will be able to attend; however, some circumstances may cause and registered participants may not be able to participate under such circumstances. In such circumstances, the Cancellation and Refund Policies of the conference come into force:
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Conference registrations cancelled online on or before 20 July 2026 are eligible for a refund, subject to an administrative fee of USD 50 or INR 4,000.
- Registrants cancelling their participation after 20 July 2026 will not be eligible for any refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived under any circumstances.
- In lieu of cancellation, a registered participant may transfer their registration to another individual. In such cases, the registration invoice will be revised to reflect the new participant’s registration category and participation status.
- In the event that the International Family Business Enterprises Conference (IFBEC 2026) is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Administration will refund the registration fee, subject to the costs already incurred in organizing and administering the conference
Unforeseen Circumstances
For the purposes of this policy, “unforeseen circumstances” refer to unexpected events that prevent the conference from being conducted as planned. Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Government restrictions or public safety emergencies
- Current War Situation in the Middle East Region
- Major technology or infrastructure failures
- Venue unavailability
- Key presenter or speaker absence due to unavoidable circumstances
- Any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Conference Administration
The Conference Administration reserves the right to determine the applicability of unforeseen circumstances and the extent of any refund provided.
